Cancellations and your booking
Use the cancellation terms shown and accepted for the particular property and rate. Our Refunds & Cancellations page explains the general approach; it does not replace a different policy you accepted for an independent Host’s property.
Report content or ask a question
Email info@jaxbnb.com with “Content review” for an ordinary review or content report, “Urgent image removal” for intimate imagery shared without consent, or “Privacy request” for a privacy issue. The Reviews and Content Policy explains the details needed for a valid report. No account is required to report content.
For property owners
Marketplace listing terms do not purchase full-service management, co-hosting, cleaning or the setup-only service. Those services use their own accepted scope and agreement through the owner portal. Existing signed management agreements are not amended simply by publication of these pages.
