Yes. A one-time $1,000 fee covers licensing, professional photography, listing creation, and full turnover kit standardization.

🚀 How quickly can I launch?

Most properties are live in 7–10 business days, depending on licensing, photography, and readiness. We move fast.

Your Control & Our Communication

📲 Who handles guest communication?

Our team handles 100% of messaging—fast replies, late check-ins, emergencies, and reviews—so you don’t have to.

🗓️ Can I block dates for personal use?

Absolutely. You have full control. Block off dates whenever you want—just let us know and we’ll work around your schedule.

🙋 Do I need to speak to guests?

Nope! Most of our owners stay completely hands-off. We handle everything unless you ask to be involved.

Pricing, Fees & Owner Earnings

💰 What are the management fees?

We offer three options:
• 25% Full-Service Management
• 12% Co-Host Support
• $2,000 Setup-Only Option

🏦 How do I get paid?

We send monthly ACH deposits to your account along with detailed statements showing income, cleaning, maintenance, and any adjustments.

🔍 Are there hidden fees?

No surprises. We only charge for actual costs like license renewals, furniture repairs, or vendor services—always disclosed in your report.

Cleaning, Turnovers & Property Care

🧺 Who cleans the property?

Our professional cleaners use standardized JaxBNB kits (linens, towels, dishes) and a photo checklist to ensure perfection every time.

🛠️ What if something breaks?

We handle light repairs automatically and get approval for major ones. You’re always in the loop but never overwhelmed.

🌿 Do you manage yard, pool, or pest care?

Yes. We coordinate trusted vendors for you if needed—no more chasing down landscapers or worrying about guest-ready conditions.
