Property readiness, repairs, furnishing, permits and ongoing management remain separate. The offer applies to approved full-service management homes and is subject to the program terms.

Send the owner’s details, property address and your connection. Our team checks eligibility and confirms the introduction in writing.
We take it from there.
The owner signs a qualifying full-service agreement within 12 months of the accepted referral. We work through readiness, listing setup and launch.
A clear milestone.
The home must be live and actively managed for 30 days. Rewards are scheduled for that milestone once eligibility and payment paperwork are complete.

Please get the owner’s permission first. Share enough detail for a thoughtful introduction; we will contact you if anything needs clarification.
