01 / Who can take part
This program rewards eligible introductions to JaxBNB’s short-term rental management services. Participants must be at least 18 and able to receive payment lawfully. The agent track is for Florida real estate license holders in active, good standing. The owner track is for current or former JaxBNB owners. The service-provider track is for independent businesses and professionals with an existing relationship to the referred owner.
02 / Register the introduction first
Use the referral form and obtain the owner’s permission before sharing their details. Identify the property, the owner, your relationship and the appropriate partner track. A referral qualifies only after JaxBNB confirms it in writing. The owner must be new to JaxBNB’s management pipeline; an existing client, previously submitted lead or owner already in active discussions is not a new referral. If two people submit the same opportunity, the first complete, eligible submission received by JaxBNB takes priority.
03 / What makes a property qualify
Within 12 months of the accepted introduction, the referred owner must sign a new JaxBNB full-service short-term rental management agreement. The home must be approved for management, ready to host, launched with a live listing and remain under active management for at least 30 days after launch. Co-hosting, setup-only services, sales transactions and guest bookings do not qualify. Each separately accepted home may qualify; apartment buildings and bulk multi-unit arrangements require a separate written agreement.
04 / Reward amounts and the agent cycle
Eligible agents receive $1,000 for their first qualifying property, $1,500 for their second, $2,000 for their third and $2,500 for each fourth or later qualifying property during the same 12-month reward cycle. A cycle begins on the date of the first reward payment and ends immediately before its first anniversary. The next qualifying payment after that date starts a new cycle at $1,000. Properties are counted in qualification order; ties use the accepted referral timestamp. Eligible owner and service-provider referrals receive $1,000 per qualifying property. A single property earns one reward under one track.
05 / The referred owner’s launch offer
An eligible referred owner receives complimentary standard onboarding and one standard professional photography session for each accepted home. Scope, timing and property readiness must be confirmed in the management agreement. This offer does not pay for furnishing, repairs, deep cleaning, licenses, permits, specialist shoots or ongoing management. It has no cash value and cannot be combined with another startup incentive unless JaxBNB agrees in writing.
06 / When and how rewards are paid
A reward becomes payable after the home completes 30 active days from launch and all eligibility and payment documentation is complete. Rewards are scheduled for payment at the 30-day launch milestone once all conditions are satisfied. If required documentation is still missing, payment follows on the next available processing date after completion. Payment may be made by check or electronic transfer. An eligible owner may request an owner-account credit instead. Tax reporting may require a completed W-9. Do not send tax identifiers or bank details through the referral form; JaxBNB will arrange a separate secure collection method. Participants are responsible for their own taxes.
07 / Professional conduct and excluded referrals
No self-referrals or referrals involving your immediate family, business partner or an entity you own or control. Do not submit scraped contact lists, misrepresent the program, contact people without permission or promise returns on JaxBNB’s behalf. Introductions do not authorize anyone to negotiate agreements, collect money or perform work requiring a license. Licensed professionals must obtain any required brokerage approval and direct payments through the legally appropriate recipient. No payment is due where it would violate law, a licensing rule or a binding professional obligation.
08 / Cancellations, records and program changes
A referral does not earn a reward if it fails the conditions above, is withdrawn before qualification or contains materially false information. An unearned or duplicate payment may be corrected or recovered; JaxBNB will explain the reason. Keep the written acceptance and relevant correspondence. Questions about eligibility or payment should be sent promptly to info@jaxbnb.com so the records can be reviewed. JaxBNB may update or close the program prospectively; accepted referrals retain the terms confirmed when accepted unless a legal requirement prevents payment. These terms do not amend any owner management agreement or create an employment, agency or exclusive partnership relationship.

JaxBNB administers this program. The published program pages provide a summary; these terms and a referral’s written acceptance control the reward. Questions and requested corrections can be directed to info@jaxbnb.com. This version takes effect when published.
