Qualifying referred homes receive standard onboarding and a professional photography session. Readiness work, permits, furnishings and ongoing management are separate.

You must hold an active Florida real estate license in good standing and follow your brokerage’s referral and payment requirements. The home must launch and remain actively managed for 30 days before the reward is payable.
