Cayuga Clubhouse • Poolside Fun & Game Room

A private pool, a dedicated game room, and enough space for everyone to settle in - this three-bedroom Jacksonville home is designed for trips that are as enjoyable at the house as they are out exploring the city. Spend the afternoon cooling off in the backyard, challenge the group to another round in the game room, or slow things down inside when you are ready for a quieter evening. Sleeping Arrangements Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests across four beds. Two bedrooms each feature a king bed, giving couples and adult guests comfortable rooms of their own. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed that works especially well for children, siblings, or friends traveling together. Two full bathrooms help keep mornings and evenings moving without the entire group waiting on one space. Living Space The main living area gives the group a comfortable place to reconnect between activities. It is an easy setting for relaxed mornings, conversations after a day out, or winding down together before bed. The home’s practical three-bedroom layout gives guests enough shared space to spend time together while still providing separate bedrooms when everyone is ready for privacy. Kitchen & Dining The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare breakfast before a day out, keep drinks and snacks nearby, or enjoy an easy dinner at home. It is especially convenient for families, longer visits, and guests who do not want to rely on restaurants for every meal. Game Room The dedicated game room adds another place for the group to gather and have fun without leaving the property. It is a welcome option during slower afternoons, rainy weather, or evenings when everyone would rather stay in. Whether the competition stays friendly is entirely up to your group. Outdoor Space The private pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space and one of the home’s biggest highlights. Start the morning outside, cool off during a warm Jacksonville afternoon, or spend an easy day at the house with no schedule to follow. Because the pool is completely private to your reservation, your group can enjoy it without sharing the space with other guests. Essentials & Safety The home includes the everyday essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Two full bathrooms make the layout practical for groups, while the separate bedrooms allow guests to maintain their own routines. Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests use the pool at their own risk. Location The home is located in West Jacksonville near the Collins Road, Argyle Forest, and Oakleaf areas. The residential setting gives guests a comfortable place to recharge while keeping shopping, groceries, restaurants, and major roads within convenient driving distance. Access to I-295 makes it easier to reach Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Orange Park, Riverside, Downtown Jacksonville, and other parts of the city. A Good Fit For This home is a strong choice for families, couples traveling together, small groups, military families visiting the Jacksonville area, and guests who want more entertainment and privacy than a traditional hotel can offer. It is especially well suited for guests who want a private pool, two king bedrooms, a separate bunk room, and activities they can enjoy without leaving the property.
