How referrals work
1. Submit Your Referral
Contact our team with the details of a property owner you would like to refer, with their permission.
2. We Handle the Rest
Our team personally reaches out and guides them through the benefits of joining JaxBNB’s full-service program.
3. You Get Paid
Once they sign up and we collect our first month’s fee, you get 50% of it — typically hundreds of dollars.
Referral details
Anyone! Whether you’re a friend, real estate agent, contractor, or vendor — if you know a property owner, you’re eligible to refer and earn.
You’ll be paid within 5 business days after the referred owner signs a 12-month full-service agreement and we receive their first month’s commission.
You earn 50% of our first month’s management fee. Depending on the property, that could be hundreds of dollars per referral.
Yes! There’s no limit to how many property owners you can refer. Each qualified signup earns you another payout.
If the lead is already in our system or in conversation with our team, we may not be able to credit the referral. But we’ll always keep you informed.
